For this site to work properly, we sometimes place small data files, known as cookies, on Users’ devices. Most large websites do this too.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that websites place on the computer or mobile device of the users who visit them. Cookies make it possible to remember the User’s actions and preferences (language, font size, etc.) so they do not have to be set again each time the user returns to the site.
How do we use cookies?
On some pages we use cookies to remember your display preferences, whether you have already answered a survey, or whether you have given your consent for us to use cookies. If you enable cookies, you will enjoy a better experience. You can delete or block them, but some features may not work properly.
In addition to the cookies mentioned above, we use technologies such as the Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show users more relevant ads. Likewise, the site is hosted on SiteGround and Firebase Hosting (Google LLC), and we use Google Analytics to better understand how users interact with the site.
How can you control cookies?
You can control or delete cookies whenever you wish (see aboutcookies.org). You can also configure most browsers to stop accepting them. However, this may mean having to manually set your preferences again on each visit, and some services or features may no longer be available.
