For this site to work properly, we sometimes place small data files, known as cookies, on Users’ devices. Most large websites do this too.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that websites place on the computer or mobile device of the users who visit them. Cookies make it possible to remember the User’s actions and preferences (language, font size, etc.) so they do not have to be set again each time the user returns to the site.

How do we use cookies?

On some pages we use cookies to remember your display preferences, whether you have already answered a survey, or whether you have given your consent for us to use cookies. If you enable cookies, you will enjoy a better experience. You can delete or block them, but some features may not work properly.

In addition to the cookies mentioned above, we use technologies such as the Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show users more relevant ads. Likewise, the site is hosted on SiteGround and Firebase Hosting (Google LLC), and we use Google Analytics to better understand how users interact with the site.

PostHog (product analytics)

We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to understand how our pages are used and to improve them. PostHog sets cookies and/or identifiers in your browser when you accept analytics cookies.

What it collects:

  • The pages you visit on our site (the page address without URL parameters) and the site you came from.
  • Technical information about your device: device type, browser, operating system, language and screen size.
  • Approximate location (country, region and city) derived from your IP address.
  • Page performance metrics, such as how long a page takes to load.
  • Heatmaps: aggregated click and scroll data (coordinates on the page) showing which areas are used most. These heatmaps do not record the text you type or the contents of forms.

What we do NOT do: we do not record your session. We do not capture or store any video or replay of your browsing, and we do not log your keystrokes.

Legal basis: your consent, given when you accept analytics cookies in the cookie notice. You can withdraw it at any time from the cookie settings on this website or by clearing your browser cookies; if you withdraw it, we will stop collecting this information.

Where data is processed: PostHog processes this data on servers located in the European Union.

Retention: we keep this analytics data for a maximum of 12 months.

How can you control cookies?

You can control or delete cookies whenever you wish (see aboutcookies.org). You can also configure most browsers to stop accepting them. However, this may mean having to manually set your preferences again on each visit, and some services or features may no longer be available.
